Pediatric Rehabilitation
The goal of Pediatric Rehabilitation is to limit the physiological and psychological effects of cerebral palsy and other debilitating illnesses. It improves the overall range of movements and ability to perform activities of daily living. Children with the following diseases require Pediatric Rehabilitation:
  • Cerebral palsy
  • Developmental and learning disabilities
  • Hypoxic encephalopathy
  • Autism
  • Muscle diseases
  • Genetic disorders
  • Spina bifida
  • Early intervention program (EIP)


Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation
It involves maximizing your function and potential so that you can return back to the community as soon as possible after any injury. People with following problems require Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation:
  • Acute or chronic musculoskeletal pain
  • Post fracture stiffness and reduced function
  • Loss of a part of limb
  • Chronic arthritis
  • Chronic backache
  • Repetitive strain injury
  • Prolonged bed rest with generalized weakness (de-conditioning syndrome)


Neurological Rehabilitation
It provides specialized management for people who have impairments as a result of brain or spinal cord injury, stroke or other neurological conditions. Neuro Rehabilitation is an integral part of medical management and is required during the acute phase of the disease as well as during the post care till the patient can integrate with the community on his own.
  • Vascular disorders - stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA)
  • Infections – meningitis
  • Structural,trauma, or neuromuscular disorders - brain, head, or spinal cord injury, cervical spondylosis, carpal tunnel syndrome, brain or spinal cord tumors, peripheral neuropathy, muscular dystrophy, myasthenia gravis, and Guillain-Barré syndrome
  • Degenerative disorders - Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS)
